I believe it was filmed aboard the CGC Escanaba, a MEC, out of ISC Boston. The PIO issued this when it was filmed

This was the NAB (done back in Feb, I believe) and while I don't know the photographed guy personally, I know folks who do and I know his name. I won't post it here. Still, I think you can see it on his nametag if you watch the program again though.

At any rate, thanks for changing that photo. It was in poor taste.
